On June 10 2016 at 05:19pm I reurned a sena Vettre Folio Mini Retina Blk which had been purchased earlier on in the day. Value $79.95
The store was> Apple Store Georgetown,1229 Winsconsin AveWashington DC 2007.
I have a copy of the original receipt and refund but as yet my account has not been credited.
WHAT ACTION CAN I TAKE?

This wouldn't have happened on purpose as there is a verified receipt that the return took place. They'll be able to figure this out pretty easily. This sort of thing happens every so often in retail transactions.
