Hello Sammeh1296,
Thanks for allowing us here in the Apple Communities a chance to answer your question. Looks like you are attempting to add artwork for songs. We will need more info to be able to offer the best options to solve this for you, but I will attempt to offer you some Apple official articles for the most common ways to resolve this.
The first thing we need to check is how you are receiving these songs. Are they synced from your computer using iTunes 11 or 12? Or are you using Apple Music, or are these songs synced through your iCloud Music Library, or iTunes Match? This article describes the iCloud Music Library:
Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer
These two articles talk about the paid service iTunes Match:
Use iTunes Match on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Subscribe to iTunes Match
This last article talks about your Apple Music membership. You may have this paid service, even if you are not paying currently, because there is a 3 month free trial offered from Apple:
Manage your Apple Music membership on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC.
If you are not using any of those services and just sync the songs from iTunes on your PC, you will need to check one of these articles. Since I am not aware of what iTunes version you use, I am providing 2 articles. You will only need the one that applies to your iTunes version (iTunes 11 or iTunes 12):
iTunes 11 for Windows: Add artwork to songs and other items
iTunes 12 for Windows: Add artwork to songs and other items
Thanks again and please have an enjoyable rest of your day.
