Q: *** cannot be used to unlock this iPad

I did a hard reset for my iPad yesterday and upon successful deletion, i got stuck on this during the process


This iPad is linked to an Apple ID. Enter the Apple ID and password that were used to set up this iPad. (w●●●●●@yahoo.com)


"*****@yahoo.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPad.

 

I have removed the device on the icloud account where it is listed but still im getting that message. This unit (iPad3 ) is not bought 2nd hand and this is not the first time I did a hard reset for the device. I have checked all the possible emails I used for my iPhone and iPad and still stuck on this. I know this is a good feature but this is not good at all.Why? First, your support is based in Canada, ***! It's not just the Americas are using your products, perhaps you should give a bit comfort for your patrons in Asia where we can contact your support without spending much.

 


Note:
I did change passwords, did recovery mode via itunes and still stuck on this dreaded message  "*****@yahoo.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPad
