Q: How can I add a new library without erasing previous library?

It is not allowing me to sync with this computer without erasing everything else that's already on my phone.  How do I do that?

An iPhone can be synced to one and only one computer/iTunes, using the same Apple ID.

Deauthorize the previous one and authorize the new one.

Learn how to authorize or deauthorize your computer with your Apple ID.

You need to log into iTunes on the computer you want to deauthorise. Otherwise, contact iTunes Store support to see if they can help.

I already deauthorized and then authorized my new one, but it still says the library is connected.

A device can only sync with one library at a time.  Transfer the library or its backup from your old computer to the new one.

How do I transfer it without erasing what I currently have?

Moving a library: Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its sub-folders and files) intact to the other drive, hold down the option/alt key (shift on Windows) while starting iTunes, and when requested to select a library select the iTunes Library.itl file in the copied folder. https://support.apple.com/HT201596

Once transferred you can merge libraries by taking the media you already have and add it to the new(old) iTunes library.  You will have to re-create playlists unless you want me to post a bunch of other follow-ups on how to transfer playlists (text only) from one library to another.
