Jun 26, 2016 9:43 PM in response to Angelas1976by Rysz,Purchased music can be re-downloaded from the iTunes Store, Purchases section. Make sure you log in using the same Apple ID that was used to originally buy it.

Jun 26, 2016 10:13 PM in response to Angelas1976by Rysz,Sorry, but backups generally do not include music files, based on the assumption that the files are stored on your computer.
If you did enable iTunes Match, or iCloud Music Library, then the files would indeed be in iCloud and recoverable.
There are some third-party utilities available, especially for Windows, that claim they can recover files directly from an iDevice, but I have no personal experience with any of them to make a recommendation. Google for them.

Is it possible to get them back as I had 876 items
