How To Uninstall Camera Raw Update

Apple's most recent camera raw files update broke camera raw files.

I found the download page for what I assume was the previous update version, which worked fine

but when I downloaded it and tried to install it, macOS says there is already a more recent version and provides no option to just go ahead and install the older version anyways.

Any ideas? I appreciate any help you can give 🙂

FWIW…

1. CS5 is not compatible with El Capitan according to Adobe.

2. Apple RAW support has no affect on Adobe RAW support.

3. It is likely one can remove the Apple Raw plugin but not necessarily safely and it would make no difference.

4. You need to make sure you have the latest Adobe Raw plugin which is 9.6

Beyond that, you should contact Adobe support.
