It sounds like your touchscreen is not functioning at all at this point. Normally I would suggest setting up a repair given the troubleshooting you've done already, but I think it would be a good idea to make sure to have dine the troubleshooting from the following article first:
If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn‘t respond to touch
If the issue persists then I would next suggest seeking repair for your phone:
If your touchscreen still doesn't respond like it should, contact Apple Support or take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
