Hi, I can use my apple ID to sign in to icloud.com and other sites, but I can't do this on my Macbook and iPhone. It says:
Verification Failed
This action could not be completed. Try again.
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)
Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, and follow prompts from there.
I didn't find this settings. Could you please show screenshot?
After a week contacting to Apple Support, I fixed the issue within below steps:
Copy these lines one at a time and paste into Terminal:
Unable to sign in with my apple id
