any way to extract data from itunes backup?

I was once using an iphone 5s and the phone had some issue and now it is dead. i made an itunes backup before and i want to take my data out from the backup. i managed to extract pictures contacts and messages but i do have alot of important pictures stored inside my whatsapp. i cannot open it up as i need to restore the ahole backup onto an iphone to open whatsapp and extract the pictures. i am currently not planning to buy another iphone and i do not have any iphone to resfore the data to. i only have an ipad. does this means i cannot get my pictures out permanently?? i really need those pictures

According to your situation, maybe you should use 3rd party recovery. They can recover files from iTunes backup, and you don't have to recover the whole backup. Just choose the files you want. It won't take you too much time on iTunes backup. But you need to make sure your iTunes backup doesn't damage. I recommend you the Dr.Fone or FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery which are popular and professional.

Unless you are restoring to another iOS device, the back up will not be of much use to you. There are reportedly applications you can install on a PC or Mac that can extract granular data, but I have no experience with them and reviews can be somewhat mixed.


If you were using iCloud Photo Library, yo may be able to cover then from www.icloud.com.
