It's ridiculous that you don't have a replacement part for the Apple pencil magnetic Cap for the top of the pencil....this has to be the easiest to loose part ever made by apple!!!!
I called Support, I've check with retail stores, Amazon....can't find it!

Call support back. Most people who've posted here with the problem have been able to get them replaced through support. A couple of people have reported, though, that the first rep they spoke to was unaware that they were able to do that.
And Apple are not here, these are user-to-user forums

So This Advisor said he was a senior person and even he called a store and asked other people in the room with him he said and said they knew nothing about replacement parts?
Is there a number to call?
Search the forums for other threads on the issue. Perhaps someone has different information.
