Q: Charger not working
The charger I received with my MacBook Pro is not charging my laptop. When I gave it to the Apple Store for repair, they said they would replace it as it is under warranty, but now they are saying that there is physical damage so they cannot replace it according to Apple rules.
The physical damage they are mentioning is the the flaps on the side broke. However, this damage happened months ago, whereas the charger stopped working 2 weeks ago, so the physical damage is not related to the charger not working.
Am I still eligible to get my charger replaced, and if so, how do I go about getting it replaced?
MacBook Pro, iOS 9.3.2
