Hi out there, can anyone tell me, how to find out, which HDD in one of those 4 numbered caddies without doing in by trial and error by removing one afte the other? Any idea? regards paul

Go to System Profiler
OS X: About System Information and System Profiler - Apple Support
and then SATA/SATA Express and look at the disk bay numbers for each disk. Bay 1 is at the front and the numbers increase going to the rear withBay 4 being the rearmost bay.
The numbers on the caddies/sleds may not be right since a caddy/sled can go into any bay
