Q: Help! Please!

My macbook pro comes up with a 'no entry sign' when I start it up. I have tried to repair it had that hasn't done anything. I have held Command and R on start up and would like to restore it from the time machine but it says that I have to unlock it with a password, but I have tried everything! Can someone please help me!

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

If you have a firmware password set up, please see If you lost or forgot your firmware password - Apple Support .

If you are seeing a password prompt for your Wireless network, please see OS X: About OS X Recovery - Apple Support. You can also try Internet Recovery using Command+Opt+R.
