How can I redirect certain junk mail into regular mail?

APple has designated certain mail as junk (probably after I so marked it from regular mail&). how do i reverse this so these messages appear in regular mail?

What kind of account? iCloud?


If the e-mails aren't brown/tan, then your e-mail provider may have marked them as junk, which would explain why the not junk option isn't there. Try going to the e-mail provider's website to see if you can adjust the junk settings there.


Would you make a screen shot of the rule so people can see what you are seeing? Make sure you cover any personal information using Preview. Post the screen shot in a Reply using the camera icon or you can drag the screen shot into a reply. Copy and paste doesn't work.
