Troubleshooting for Rapoo E2700 wireless keyboard

Hi all,

I'm having problems with my Rapoo E2700 wireless keyboard. When I first bought it, it was working perfectly then I stopped using it for a long time and today I needed it for a task but it's not working. I changed the batteries, reset bluetooth settings on my mac still no good. I tried to reach the manufacturer as well but couldn't get a response from them. I would really appreciate someone who has experience with rapoo products or who owns a familiar product could help me out here.
