Family membership on Apple Music without sharing with each other

Hello, I would like to ask you a question. At home we have a family membership on Apple Music. The thing is: we have like 5 IPhones together, so we would like to pay Apple Music only once (via family membership) but each of us want to have in his library HIS OWN MUSIC and we DONT WANT TO SHARE MUSIC WITH EACH OTHER. Do you have any advise for us how to make it so we could be signed on the same account but each one would have his own music? Thank you very much, for your answer! Hope to reading from you soon!
