I have made a second computer-account on my PC (Windows 10).
I want to use the same iTunes music library from my main account on my freshly made account.
How do I do this? I have tried many things but none of them work out...

If you signed up for iCloud Music Library, you could just use the same credentials on the second computer.
Otherwise, you could use Family Sharing to give the 2nd computer access to your primary music library, but there are limitations on what that secondary computer is allowed to do.
