Q: how to save pdf files from ibooks to pc

Hi My computer was in the shop for three weeks and I started save alot of pdf file to my ibooks and now I want to transfer them to my computer and I dont know how? please help. also I can't email them it would take forever because I have over a hunderd pdf saved. If I can't get it from Ibooks can i copy it from the cloud cause it saved from there too?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6, Itunes on Windows10 PC
