iPhone 6 Dead

Hi Apple and Community:

I´m Camila from Argentina, last year during my trip to London (May 2015) I bought an iPhone 6 and after a few months I went back to my country (there's no Apple store in Arg.). My iPhone battery started to charge and discharge really fast and one day I realize that I couldn't turn on my phone. As I said before, there is no Apple store in my country and there is no technical support authorized in the city I live in so I took it to a place that resale iPhones and "repair" them, they told me that my iPhone had a failure from factory.

I tried to chat with the Apple service but I can't because my IMEI is not available. I would be very pleased if someone can help me!!
