Q: Sorry, but the page requested could was not found- send in repair form submission

Hello guys,

I have been getting this error since months. I have been wanting to send in my phone for repair but after form submission, this error always comes up. I have tried through different browsers and mobile devices as well but same result. Am I the only one?
