Please help me to locate my lost iphone 6 ,I tried to track it through find my iphone but I do not have all features I can only see Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Settings on my iCloud account

As stated there, from another iPhone you would use the Find My iPhone app (available from the App Store).
Make sure you had setup and turned ON Find My iPhone from the iCloud settings found at Settings>iCloud>Find My iPhone. you can read this : If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
you can also check the activation status at https://icloud.com/activationlock/
