Thanks for asking your question here in the Apple Support Communities. I can understand wanting to make sure you're able to use iTunes without any errors. I do need to ask, what are you attempting to do when you encounter the internal server error? Is this when you launch iTunes, are trying to sync, or attempting something else? I get it soon after I start the program, even if I do not do anything, just start the program, even if my Ipod Touch is not connected , It started right after I install the latest version of Itune
