Hello MireiderR,

Thanks for asking your question here in the Apple Support Communities. I can understand wanting to make sure you're able to use iTunes without any errors. I do need to ask, what are you attempting to do when you encounter the internal server error? Is this when you launch iTunes, are trying to sync, or attempting something else? I do wish to offer these 4 articles that may help you by giving you some things to check. These cover some of the most common iTunes issues others have experienced.

Fix unexpected quits or launch issues in iTunes for Windows

iTunes: May become unresponsive when connecting iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Resolve issues between iTunes and third-party security software

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later

Thanks again for seeking help here in the Apple Support Communities. Have a great day.

I get it soon after I start the program, even if I do not do anything, just start the program, even if my Ipod Touch is not connected , It started right after I install the latest version of Itune
