hello there is an unknown app is in my apps list, I think this may be a virus because my ipad is outdated it is running ios 8 and when I delete the app it appears again the app can not be deleted here is a picture please any solution
That's an app icon of an app that didn't fully download. Useually a reset clears it up. Press and hold both the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait until your iPad starts on it's own.

You're welcome. I did a little searching and besides the reset another possible solution is to delete any apps you installed or updated around the time the strange grey icon appeared. If that doesn't work you'll probably need to Restore your iPad.
If you don't want to Restore you can ignore the icon, it's harmless.
