Q: iTunes Store freezing

iTunes seems to run normally for me except when I'm in the iTunes Store and scrolling through album selections.  The more I scroll, the slower the scrolling becomes until it just stops completely and the program freezes. Anyone else having this issue? I have iTunes 12.4.1.6, Windows 10, version 1511, i7 processor 2.4GHz, 16.0GB RAM.

Thanks,

Paul

    Hi there skiman1818,

It sounds like there's an issue that's causing iTunes to stop responding when you're using it to browse through the iTunes Store. The article below provides a lot of great information and troubleshooting tips that should help you resolve the issue with iTunes on your PC.

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for the response. I tried a few of the suggestions but none seemed to work. Ultimately I completely uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes following the step by step instructions. The problem is still persisting. When in the iTunes Store as I scroll through a long list of albums things will initially be smooth. As I go further down the list the scrolling becomes more choppy until it stops completely and iTunes freezes. I have to force close the program. I don't seem to have any scrolling issues with any other programs on my computer.
