hi guys need help with a pages problem on iPad client uses pages then converts docs to word docs when he emails them from his iPad the problem is that there are lines everywhere on that doc after the conversion those anyone know what this might be
Based on that amount of information, pretty hard to tell. What template is being used? What do you mean by "lines"? Drawing lines? Lines of text?
does the clients document have tables in it? If so then you might be seeing the table they used to organize their page.

thanks for the coming back , but no the customer does not have tables in it its more of a contract document the problem to better explain is that when you work on a pages doc and then convert when emailing it its like word is underlining each sentence when its a docx format
