Does iTunes Match Remember Your Library After Lapse in Service?

The hard drive in my 27" iMac recently failed, taking my music library with it. I previously was an iTunes Match customer, but let the service lapse a year or two ago. If I reactivate the service, will the songs I previously had matched become available to me again?
