It sounds like you're having some trouble printing email from iCloud.com using your web browser. I'd like to give you a couple suggestions that may help out.
First, make sure you're using a supported browser. For OS X, the browser requirements are Safari 6, Firefox 21, and Google Chrome 35. For Windows, you'll need Internet Explorer 10, Firefox 21, or Google Chrome 35. This information can be found here:

Next, make sure that you're printing using the instructions found here:

Select or open the message you want to print.
By default, a short header (the information at the top of the email) with the email’s sender, recipient, and date is displayed.

To print the email message with all of the message details in the header, click More (located to the right of the message’s From field).

Click the Action pop-up menu
in the sidebar, then choose Print.
