I have now read more about bootcamp but there are still something that I haven´t found out. I will buy a Windows 10 license. Some of the posts that I have rad says that they need to upgrade from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. Can´t I just, buy a Windows 10 license, do it with bootcamp and all is clear?

Of course you can make a clean installation of Windows 10. Just buy a Windows 10 license and use it to install Windows 10 on your Mac by following the steps provided by Boot Camp. Have a look -> Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support
I even saw on the website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download that I can download the ISO-file for free, do that means Windows 10 is free for me. If I click on Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 it requires a product key meanwhile Windows 10 is not. It means that I can get Windows 10 totally for free. Have I understand it right?

Microsoft lets you download the ISO image, put it in a USB drive and install Windows 10, but you will have to activate it with a product key.
