how do I update my account data on a PC?

received an email telling me that my credit card data is out of date. how do I update it?

in iTunes choose 'View my account' from the 'account' menu, enter your password when prompted and edit your payment information from under the Apple ID summary heading.

THANKS so much. I was familiar with updating on my phone (iPhone) but not my tablet (Surface Pro-PC). So this was exactly what I needed. I looked EVERYWHERE on the iCloud account but... So, thanks so much-appreciate it.
