Jun 28, 2016 9:03 AM in response to GRTroubleby Roger Wilmut1,Well, I'd have looked at the feed and tried to find out what you've managed to insert in it to cause this (one of the most usual culprits is 'curly quotes') if you had taken the logical step of actually posting the feed URL.

Jun 28, 2016 9:26 AM in response to Roger Wilmut1by GRTrouble,Not sure if you mean the Mirror URL or what.
This is what Apple gives me: https://pcr.apple.com/id968069635
I don't manually create the info being sent to iTunes, it's all done by Libsyn after I upload the episode from my end. I'm just not sure how it could be downloadable from iTunes but not available on the podcast app.

Jun 28, 2016 10:21 AM in response to GRTroubleby Robert Walch,Your actual RSS feed for your show is - http://groundruletrouble.libsyn.com/rss
And this is now validating fine. There was some extra code in your description - make sure not to copy your description from a word doc.
Word docs add in hidden code.

Jun 28, 2016 10:26 AM in response to GRTroubleby Roger Wilmut1,In your top episode, at the beginning of its 'description' tag, after the '<p>' and before the text begins there is a spurious character. It doesn't show up in most ways of reading the code, but in PageSpinner it simply shows as an unknown character:
The usual explanation for this sort of thing is that you've pasted the text in having written it in a word processor, and some hidden code has come in with it. You should delete this entry and either type the text in directly or write it in a plain text editor such as TextEdit (Mac) and copy it from there. All these tags containing text need to contain only plain text and no odd character of any sort, or problems arise. It's this particular character which is rendering your feed unreadable.
EDIT: You seem to have cleared this while I was posting. The feed now appears to be OK.

Jun 28, 2016 10:24 AM in response to GRTroubleby Robert Walch,You do still have one issue however - your artwork is no square.
Here are the official specs on what your artwork size should be.
1,400 x 1,400 pixels (min) to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels (max) - SQUARE
.jpg or .png
RGB color
AND
<500 kb file size.
Make sure when uploading your new artwork - you change the file name for the new artwork so it is different then the file name of the current artwork.
Make the change for the artwork under the settings section in your libsyn account.

Jun 28, 2016 11:03 AM in response to Roger Wilmut1by GRTrouble,Thanks for all the replies. I think this must be it because on this one I pasted it back into my description from my wordpress site after having it disappear from my libsyn description field.
