The only way to restrict access would be to ensure a passcode lock on your iPhone whenever you are not actually using it. Unless the developers of those apps choose to include an individual app security option, there is no way to restrict access to anyone who has access to your device and who can unlock the screen.

You cannot lock an app unless the app developer provides a way to. None of the apps you mention have this capability.
