hi all, can't connect to App Store on my iPhone 6S running ios9.3.2
I Have done a lot of searching and have tried a variety of fixes including:
signing out and back in again
changing time from auto to manual and back again
turning Touch ID off and back on again
reset network settings
still no luck! Really frustrating - are there any other tips and tricks i can try?

Have you perhaps restricted the iTunes Store?
Use Restrictions on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
I Have just checked... And restrictions are off, so that doesn't appear to be the issue either 😟
I Should add...
ive ice noticed that I can connect to App Store when on wifi but not when on 3G.
No other problems with data connection though. Apps and emails load, iMessage and other downloads all fine too.
You may have mobile data for the app store turned off in the settings. To find and solve this problem, follow these steps:
Settings > Mobile Data > Scroll down to 'App Store' > Make sure that the toggle is on
If this is the problem, it should allow you to use mobile data for the App Store.
