Now it's prompting you to connect to iTunes, but nothing happens when you do. I use my iPad every day, so I know how important making sure it works is! I've got some troubleshooting steps that should help.First, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes. If you're not sure if you do, use the following article to check and update if necessary.
Get the latest version of iTunesOnce you've done that, follow the steps in the article linked below to get iTunes communicating with your iPad, and the update installed fully.
