The game (castle clash: age of legends) was deleted, can i still recover that game and all the purchases i made and not start all over again?

I understand that your Castle Clash: Age of Legends game was deleted from your iPhone and you'd like to recover it again along with the in-app purchases you've made. My son plays games like that on his iPhone and he's had to start over a few times himself which isn't very fun. I'll be glad to provide the information you need to get that reinstalled on your iPhone 6 again.
If you've created a backup of your iPhone since you've been playing, you can restore it. Depending on when that backup was made will determine how much of the game's progress is there.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
If you haven't backed up your iPhone with the game installed, you can re-download the game again.
You'll want to scroll down to where you read "Redownload an app" for the instructions. If the game uses the Game Center, you may have your progress as well.
If you were able to restore your iPhone, check for the in-app purchases. If they're not there, you'll need to contact IGG support to request that they be re-supplied again. Their contact information can be found here: IGG Mobile Support
