Jetsamevents that crash my iPad

i have an iPad Air 2 and occasionally (every other week)I am introduced to the Apple logo when doing usual tasks. When I check the diagnostics data in settings the time of the crash usually coincides with a jetsamevent. Sometimes the largest process is an app but it also happens to be " "largestProcess" : "SpringBoard",", which in my oppinion is very disturbing.

AS far as I know jetsamevents are apps that are removed from memory by force and I guess it is fine to have several in "Diagnostics & Usage" but it seems very wierd that a small number of them can make my device crash(The  logo).

I wanted to ask wether any other owners of an iPad experience this issue and if a future software update is likely to fix the issue.

iPad Air, iOS 9.3.2, null

Hello Hahi_1234,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I know how important it is to keep your devices up and running as expected, and shut downs like that are never something we want our users to have to deal with. I have a few steps the may help though.

The first thing we'll want to do is make a quick backup of your iPad if you have not already. This article will walk you through that process:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Once you've got that backup made, we can try to refresh the general settings on your iPad. Despite the scary two step warning, this doesn’t affect your data. All of your content will remain intact. What this effectively does is to reset some of your settings to factory defaults. This does not remove any data like apps, photos or contacts, but it removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Touch ID, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy, so we'll have to set those things back up after this reset. To do this, please go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

Once you've done that, test the iPad out for a while. If the issue returns, let us know and we'll help you through the next step. The whole community is here to help.

-Best regards-
