I got a new iphone today and when I got to syncing it I chose an old account by mistake. The old account is linked to an old apple ID which I dont know any of the details for. Every time I try to reset the account it says that the id doest exist and it wont let me restore the phone to factory settings without the id.
I am about to go crazy! Does anyone know how restore the phone without the ID details?!

What does a "new" iPhone mean? Did you get a factory sealed, brand new iPhone from an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer? If so, at least in the U.S., you have a 14-day return privilege. Exchange it.
Does a "new" iPhone mean it is new to you, but previously owned? If so, or if it had an Apple ID associated with it that you did not know, your iPhone is Activation Locked as described here. You will not be able to use the iPhone without the previous owner's permission.
