I see from your post that an app in your iPhone has become unresponsive. I'm happy to provide you with some direction to resolve this.
Start by following the steps in this Apple knowledge base article:
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
You can skip step 2, since you have already performed that step.
