    In the Finder menu, select Go, then Go to Folder and paste the path below:

    ~/Library/StickiesDatabase

     

    A Finder window will open to the database file for Stickies. Enter TM and restore the file from a date where the note was saved. Of course, you will lose notes after that date.

     

    You can also open the database in Text Edit and view the notes within the database.
