AppleTV 4 not working with home sharing (other ATV's are)??

OK, in reading another discussion or 2, it may be a bug in iTunes, but just to be sure...

I have multiple (6) AppleTVs in my house, ranging from version 2 to 4. All of them work fine, playing music and pics from my home PC (Win 10), except 1: the latest and greatest, the AppleTV 4th gen. And just to be clear, it IS connected (hardwire) to my home LAN and the internet (as I can use Netflix, HBO Go, etc.), and yes, they both are using the same AppleID.

I've even gone the route of completely resetting (factory) the ATV4, to no avail.

What gives? Is there really just something wrong with iTunes and Win 10 that ONLY stops the ATV4 from working properly? Do I have to go the route of one other guy on here and downgrade my iTunes, in order to solve the problem???

Help, please. =)

There is no issue with iTunes. There have been many millions of the Apple TV 4 sold and a good proportion to windows users, if it didn't work these communities would be awash with complaints rather than there being a handful.

Believe me I've been here when there is a real issue, there are posts every few minutes about the matter when it occurs.

I've tried all of that to no avail. The strangest thing about all of it is that ALL of the older ATVs seem to work just fine. It's just the new one that won't connect to my home PC. What changed? What's different? What's unique to the ATV 4th gen that changes the way it uses home sharing??

I'm stumped.
