My phone still has all the music stored on it

I have iTunes match and it works ok except for my phone. I can't get my library to go away on my phone. It still shows the phone is storing the entire library, almost 30gig worth. I would like that to go away so I can stream my music except for the much smaller amount of tracks I listen to most often.
