What's wrong with my phone?

Hello,

Just this afternoon I started to notice that verification isn't working for a few things. For example, I can't log into my Apple ID on my iPhone. It says that "Verification Failed." Also, when i enter almost all sites, it says that the server cannot be identified. There are a few other strange things related to networking not working. I've tried resetting my network settings, restarting my phone, and deleting my history and website data. It still isn't fixed. Please help.

Note: Some of those other networking problems include websites displaying raw html-basic like websites without fancy javascript stuff and whatnot. Also, for some of my apps it says i'm offline when I'm connected to wifi. This problem is really strange.
