I have a Microsoft Surface. It does not seem to let my IPhone 5s sync with Itunes. I have downloaded Itunes but they do not communicate.

If you have successfully installed iTunes on your Microsoft Surface, but iTunes doesn't "communicate" with your iPhone, then maybe this will help:
