Q: Can we have virus on iPhone ?

It's like if my screen don't respond (or hardly) when I unlock my phone.
If I unlock a second time, my phone is completly normal.
it is very irritating !
I think it's not a hard problem cause it did not work at any time.
It's why I was thinking of a virus even if I know that IOS is very secured.

There are currently no know viruses in the wild that will affect an iOS device unless it has been jailbroken.

My iPhone is not jailbroken, and it's the only time I call Back a curious call, and then just after that "thing" happens.
After reset my phone it's the same thing and everything i try haven't effect, so I despair.
And nothing on the web (virus or other problem) to try to understand what's going on
I'll try again a factory restore tonight and I'll say you tomorrow.

Jun 29, 2016 6:24 AMby Meg St._Clair,Your issue had nothing to do with a missed call. I've seen that self-same problem occasionally on other phones. Restoring from back up usually clears it right up. Just remember that, if you're using the Health app, your data is only saved if you're using an iCloud back up or an encrypted iTunes back up.
