Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. It looks like you are having some issues with your iPhone 6 touchscreen becoming unresponsive at times and other times just a bit laggy. I have an iPhone as well and I depend on being able to use it as needed. I will be happy to help provide some information for you.
I found a resource article that has some good troubleshooting steps for your issue.
If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn‘t respond to touch
Specifically this section:Check your touchscreen
Make sure that your hands are clean and dry, then try these steps:
If you have a case or screen protector on your device, try removing it.
Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Unplug your device.
Restart your device. If you can't restart it, you can force restart your device.
If your touchscreen still doesn't respond like it should, contact Apple Support or take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.If you haven't already, you will want to create a backup of the iPhone in either iTunes or iCloud.
