I've got 5G iCloud storage to use, and my backup only takes hudreds of MB, I should have got 4+GB left to use, but it keeps telling me that I only have left 811MB(it keeps changing) avilable. Why? And how can I fix that??

What do you see when you look under "manage storage" for your iCloud account? Are there old, corrupted backups you should delete? How much iCLoud mail do you have (that is part of your 5GB total)? Do you keep a lot of other App's documents in your iCloud account (Pages, numbers, notes, 3rd party apps set to store in your iCloud)? Do you have iBooks set to use iCloud and do you have a lot of ebooks/PDFs in iBooks?

Do you have iCloud Photo Library turned on? iCloud is about a lot more than just back ups.
