It is called Malwarebytes Anti Malware and I am not sure if this is supposed to be on my machine.
Becoming paranoid as just had to delete MacKeeper and Mega Buck so not sure if this app is valid

Its the installer for Malwarebytes for Mac, if you have installed it you can delete it
It will do no harm to keep it there, but it probably is best to delete it because it does get updated constantly. Should you need to use it in the future, you will have the newest version available.

It's valid and not malicious. You downloaded it, it didn't appear by magic. But if you are using 10.7.5, you need the installer from this link.
