Q: iTunes is Shortening Podcast Description

I've been creating my ID3 tags for my podcast in iTunes.  But starting now, the podcast description is shortened.  I paste in a full page worth of notes, click OK.  But when I go back, there's only about two lines left.

Then I looked at other random podcasts I've downloaded, and all of their podcast description have been shortened too.  They are cut off mid sentence and end with ...

Is iTunes limiting the length now?

I'm running the current OS and current version of iTunes.

Help please?  Thanks.

Hi poikkeus1.  Thanks for the reply. Since I'm a newbie, and only tag my podcasts in iTunes, that didn't make a ton of sense to me. However, I did learn that I can create the description in iTunes (create the ID3v2 tag) - but can't immediately verify if all of the info was saved, since it truncates it - no matter where I look in iTunes. However, once I upload it the episode, the full description will appear on my iPhone and if I click "more" on the feed page in iTunes on my laptop.  However, it will still be truncated in the description field in the editor in iTunes, I'm guessing for the reasons outlined in the link you provided.  Is that how its supposed to be?  I think I'm starting to grasp it. : )

    Thanks man
