Q: How can I sync Mail rules between the Mail app on my desktop computer with iCloud Mail

It is way too time consuming to set up and manually sync changes to Rules preferences & Mailboxes for Apple Mail app and  iCloud Mail. Is there a way to automatically sync the Rules and Mailboxes between these two applications?
