Also try turning off Bluetooth.

If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.

Wifi is turning on and off.
Also when I don't surf the internet Wifi is stable (mostly).
I have installed OS X El Capitan 10.11.5.
This problem occurred when I update from Yosemite to El Capitan.
